In addition to my professional activities in the private sector, I completed my training as a graduate coach and NLP master at Trinergy International 2010-2013 - a training according to the guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Community for NLP (ECNLP) and International Trinergy Association (ITA).

The focus of my interest has always been language; the recognition of different communication patterns as well as the avoidance or clarification of misunderstandings through the use of an understandable language.

By using different coaching methods, obstructive behaviour patterns as well as communication patterns can be recognised and improved.

As a LOB coach (solution-oriented consulting coach), mental trainer and NLP master, I can support communication and personality development in individual and group trainings.
